Beaufort Chalet d'Alpages AOP de réserve, selected with finesse by us for an exceptional taste.
Fat 31%
Like all hard cheeses, you can keep your Alpine Beaufort for about a month, as long as you place it in a dark place and keep it at a constant temperature of 10-12 degrees. If you can't find a place for it in the vegetable bin, put it in an airtight box before putting it in the fridge. Finally, to prevent it from drying out, leave it in its original packaging or wrap it in cling film.
Melting in the mouth, Alpine Beaufort has many delights in store for you! To eat it raw, remember to take it out of the fridge about 30 minutes in advance. Smooth and creamy, Beaufort d'alpage is also used to make delicious hot dishes, the best known of which is undoubtedly the Savoyard fondue. It will also allow you to make soufflés, quiches, gratins...
