Burgers made with beef mainly selected by Bandeira, expert selectors from Galicia, with hip meat. Handcrafted by us in our Labadía de Petramora butcher shop.
Our method involves trimming the membranes from the hip pieces, then grinding and seasoning them. This way we achieve a burger with 99% meat. The quality of the beef hip pieces used, with a percentage of intramuscular fat typical of older beef cattle, a medium grind, and the perfect amount of salt, gives this burger a "carnivorous" bite. It is juicy and has a medium and elegant intensity of flavor in the mouth.
It is ideal to eat alone, accompanied by sauces, bacon, cheeses. Pair it with our brioche bread or our crystal bread roll.
