An Irish-inspired fusion beer, a blend of four malts and four hops that give rise to a Galician red ale with a Celtic soul

Raw materials: Galician water, four types of malt (Pale Ale, Carared, Carahell, roasted malted wheat), four hops (Nugget, Sladek, Admiral and Provoak) and our SafAle S-04 yeast from Fermentis.
