Cabbage is an essential food in cold seasons.
Sauerkraut, fermented cabbage, has a much longer shelf life than fresh vegetables, thanks to the natural fermentation process it undergoes. Recent research on sauerkraut has found that once fermented, cabbage has a high content of natural vitamin C, making this juice rich in vitamin C as well.
Before making Biotta juice, sauerkraut is refined with a pinch of sea salt. This product contains 641g of sauerkraut, made with organic cabbage. Being a product with low sugar levels, it is ideal for diabetics.
