Caballo de Oros ñoras is a gourmet product of unparalleled quality hand-selected by the best farmers in the region of La Vera in northern Extremadura. The ñora is what used to be called the "ball" pepper in the north of Extremadura, which was often used to make sweet paprika. The ñora is widely used throughout Spanish gastronomy in general, however it is especially relevant in certain areas of Spain such as the Valencian Community and Catalonia. These tubs of ñoras have a content of a weight of 70 grams, so they are intended primarily for personal and family consumption of this delicious gourmet product. However the format of peppers in bags of 250g could also be adapted to this objective, also in our catalog we have other formats that could be adapted to a much greater use as the one that is given to the peppers in the hostelry or in certain industries.
