Black Rice Kit to prepare in just 20 minutes developed by chef Quique Dacosta.
Kit composed of fish broth, cuttlefish and its ink, baby octopus, with Albufera rice dried with firewood. Designed for 4 people.
Preparation mode:
- Gently shake both cans.
- Pour the contents of the 2 cans into a 38-40 cm paella pan.
- Heat the fire/induction/vitro stirring gently until it starts to boil.
- Add the contents of the smoked wood rice bag (400g), stir to homogenize and cook over high heat for 3 minutes.
- Reduce to low heat and cook with a gentle boil for approx. 16 min.
- Let it rest for 5 min. before serving.
Net weight: 2.240 kg (400g of rice) Servings: 4 people.

Packaging: 2 cans with easy-open and a vacuum bag preformed automatically in pre-printed cardboard.
