It is very important to know that there is a big difference between blue lobster and Canadian lobster.
The first big difference is in the colour as one is blue with spots clear to white while the Canadian is brown or greenish. Another difference is in the front legs that are thinner those of the blue than those of the Canadian.
When cooked it is more difficult to differentiate them as they have the same color but if they are tasted the difference is abysmal, as the blue has a great flavor while the Canadian has a bland flavor.
The price also makes the difference in this case, because the blue lobster is one of the most appreciated crustaceans in the Spanish tables so it has a higher price than the canadian.
