It has a very unique character. Its color is ivory white, with blue spots, contributed by the selected dairy ferments and noble molds. After production, it is a semi-blue cheese, but with the passing of days and proper aging, it becomes a blue cheese with a great personality and a spicy touch. It is a creamy cheese with a semi-soft texture and a great bouquet. Matured in a natural cellar. La Peral cheese is gluten-free. Approximately 800-gram format, a cylindrical cheese wrapped in metallic paper. Store in cold temperatures between 3 and 6 degrees. It is excellent spread on toast.
