Bodegas Anhelo is a personal project of the oenologist Joaquín Sánchez Delgado, who collects the family witness of generations of winegrowers, to produce unique quality wines, in a privileged land for growing grapes, the Campo de Calatrava.
Starting from a deep respect for the winemaking tradition, we are committed to innovation, seeking both the adaptation of new varieties and the best expression of the autochthonous ones. The painstaking dedication we give to each of the processes, from when the grape is born, until the wine is bottled, ensure the exclusive identity of our land and exceptional know-how.
