In the extreme north-east of Italy, the Collio extends in the northern ridge of the province of Gorizia, near the border with Slovenia. Bathed by the Adriatic Sea, it is between the Judrio River to the east and the Lsonzo to the south.
Get well with hors d'oeuvres, vegetable soups, light meat risottos, boiled chicken meat, vegetable-based dishes and grilled fish. Perfect as well as appetizer.
Bottega Collio is brilliant. Yellow with copper reflections. Intense Aroma, wide and refined, opens with floral notes among those that highlight the acacia and Hawthorn. It evolves towards fruity aromas reminiscent of peach, pineapple and pink grapefruit and closes with a delicate mineral note.
