More information

Owned by Marco Antonio Guardabaxo, Fazenda São Domingos is located in the hills of Mococa (Mogiana), in the north of the state of São Paulo. The terrain, with altitudes between 810 and 1,100 m.a.s.l., allows the cultivation of coffee coffee cultivation on the plains of the farm and eucalyptus cultivation on the hillsides. The farm has a complete wet and dry milling infrastructure, with modern technology, which allows for a wide range of different processing methods. Drip irrigation systems have been installed in all fields to ensure uniform irrigation
All young trees up to 6 years old or less than 1.5 meters in size are harvested manually, older trees are harvested mechanically (but selectively). This selective harvesting is normally done in two passes. In the first harvesting phase, the machines are adjusted to reach only the outermost point of the coffee tree, where the fruit usually ripens first. In the second pass, they are adjusted to harvest the remaining fruit
Drying of the coffee is done in an ecologically efficient manner and is prepared in 60 kg bags with grain pro that maintain freshness.
