Description
This Macadamia nut, in its largest available size (Style 0, with at least 95% of the nuts measuring over 20mm in diameter), is first hand-washed, then bathed in a special mixture of whole cane sugar, sea salt, and sweet paprika from La Vera.
Subsequently, it is given a fine and elegant coating of Extra Virgin Olive Oil , to give it an even more delicious touch.
After this, it is spread on our horizontal trays and placed in our ovens, where, every 8 minutes, we hand-turn it to toast on all sides until it reaches the perfect roast.
Finally, it is taken out of our ovens and left to cool at its leisure, then, once tempered, properly packaged in each of its formats.
The result?
A modern, elegant, tasty, and different caramelized nut.
Improves traditional caramelization by being more subtle and using less sugar, giving more prominence to the nut, while also blending and emulating the Salted-Caramel flavor but also making it vegan , as it does not use milk but EVOO to add that extra flavor.
