What we have achieved will fascinate you: we have developed a formula and technique that eliminates sugar, while maintaining the delicious flavor of fried nuts.
How did we do it? We implemented the "Tasty Roasted" method (deliciously roasted), keeping the roasting done by hand in our horizontal tray ovens.
1) We wash the nuts, add a pinch of sea salt in a carefully calculated proportion (1.5%-2%, depending on the nut).
2) On the other hand, we put 4% extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) on our horizontal trays.
3) We place, on top of the tray with the EVOO, a thin and unique layer of nuts.
4) We hand turn all the nuts, mixed with the EVOO and salt, every 8 minutes until achieving a perfect crunch.
The result:
- Elimination of sugar.
- Carefully calculated salt proportion.
- Nuts that retain the flavor of fried nuts, but without the drawbacks of greasiness, heaviness, staining, reused oils, or low quality.

But that's not all...
Some of our nuts, such as pistachios in shell, peanuts, almonds with skin, and pecans, receive a special treatment: instead of EVOO, we add D.O.P Pimentón de La Vera, adding a smoky touch without losing the saltiness.
