The vineyard, planted in 1940, receives its name from the site where it is located. It is goblet-trained and oriented to the east on a gentle slope of sandy soils with gravel at an altitude of 829 m. The wine is fermented in concrete amphorae. It is aged for 12 months in a 500-liter barrel.
