TASTING NOTES

• Smell: This oil presents a green olive fruitiness of medium-high intensity with light ripe notes. The tomato plant, green almond and freshly cut wood stand out in the foreground, to give way in the background to arugula and ripe banana.
• Flavor: This oil presents a medium-high intensity green olive fruitiness with light ripe notes
• Flavor: Medium bitter and intense spicy, shows a slight astringency that gives it its indisputable personality. Its aftertaste is prolonged and is captured between the green hues and almond "alloza" that delight our senses.
