Extra virgin olive oil Olivos de un siglo, presented in a 5-liter PET jug format.

This oil is of the Picual variety, Extra Virgin quality, harvested between December 1 and 20, and cold extracted at 21ºC.

With an intense fruity-green profile, exhibiting aromas of grass, tomato, and olive leaf, along with important notes of almond and artichoke. On the palate, it is very balanced, with a medium-low bitterness and a more intense spiciness.

Pairing: for stews, sautéed dishes, and even fried foods. Also suitable for raw consumption.

It is recommended to store in a cool place, away from light and heat.
