A poultry liver mousse with 15% porcini mushrooms. An ideal texture to spread on bread or canapés as an aperitif.

Put it in the refrigerator for 48 hours before eating. Serve very chilled.

Stays fresh for 4 years after making at room temperature.

Ingredients: poultry liver, duck fat, porcini mushrooms 15%, fresh eggs, water, salt, black pepper.
