Parajes is the regional wine from César Márquez in El Bierzo. It is made from 18 plots totaling 4 hectares of land located in 7 different municipalities in the region. Each grape variety is vinified separately, resulting in a total of 28 different vinifications where Mencía is blended with other minority white and red varieties that grow in the same vine. Following its predecessor vintage, considered the best in the last 20 years in El Bierzo, César has once again achieved a very smooth, easy-to-drink, elegant wine with subtle floral notes.
