It is aged for 30 months in a 15-kilometer subway gallery. Laurent Fresnet and the team of oenologists of the house are in charge of perpetuating each year the final blend of this champagnewhich has now been renamed Mumm Grand Cordon and has a new , more minimalist and elegant bottle design.
