Chia seeds are a source of potassium and proteins. They provide a high content of Omega-3-6-9 fatty acids, fiber, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, thiamine (vitamin B1), and niacin (vitamin B3).
They contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems, increasing muscle mass, maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels, accelerating intestinal transit, normal neurotransmission, and reducing tiredness and fatigue.
Instructions:
Use in bread with a maximum of 5% chia seeds. In baked goods, breakfast cereals, nuts, and seed mixes, use no more than 15g/day. They can also be consumed in juices or plant-based drinks. Ground, they can be added to creams, soups, salads...
