The Spicy oil of chilli, garlic and peppers of Llàgrimes del Canigó is made with extra virgin olive oil with olives of the Argudell variety grown in fields of Alt Empordà. When cold extracted, it achieves a flavour rich in aromas and very balanced.
Along with garlic, peppers and cayenne we add a more spicy, intense and spicy flavor that makes it a perfect companion for pizza, pasta and meat, although it can be used in all kinds of recipes.
