Fine and transparent oriental noodles. Known in the East as glass noodles, because they are thin and transparent and are used in soups, salads, stir-fries as filling for spring rolls or as a garnish for numerous oriental dishes.
Instructions for use:
It is recommended to put the vermicelli in a pot and cover with boiling salted water. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir occasionally with a fork. Drain and serve. Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
