This dark chocolate couverture is made from a careful selection of cocoa by master chocolatiers. It is a chocolate with an intense cocoa aroma and a slight hint of acidity. Due to its high cocoa butter content it has a pleasant melt in the mouth
With these 70% callets you can elaborate chocolates, chocolate bars, to melt in chocolate fountains, to dip candied fruit or cover cakes or cupcakes.
Ingredients: Cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter (41%), defatted cocoa powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin and natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa minimum 70%.
It does not contain gluten.
