The Chorizo Cular de Bellota Ibérico, is made with Iberian acorn-fed pork without additives, preservatives or colourings, minced and marinated with salt, Pimentón de la Vera and garlic in a recipe with decades of success among consumers. Once marinated, they are stuffed into natural casings and then taken to our cellars. There, after a drying and maturing process of approximately 6 months, it develops its characteristic flavour and aroma. It is vacuum-packed when it is cured, to maintain its characteristics unaltered and ensure its hygiene
