The founder, Christophe, is passionate about flavors, obsessed with taste and good flavors, has been living in Rome for almost ten years, and cooks, simmers, prepares and preserves non-stop exclusively seasonal products.
His partner and co-founder, Ketty, is an agricultural engineer, equally passionate about good food. She defines herself as the "No.1 Taster" and has always been committed to responsible consumption.
Together, they created Conserveries des Sept Collines, with the desire to return to a simple, accessible and responsible cuisine. Conserveries des Sept Collines (C7C) spreads are all made in their professional kitchen in Paris (they have just obtained the 'Made in Paris' label awarded by the City), entirely artisanal, with fresh and seasonal products. They favor short circuits and have created original and tasty recipes for all tastes.
Some of the products they use have the organic label (AB) and they are working to obtain their own certification as processors.
