The azuki bean is the Japanese name for this legume. Originally from the Himalayas, it began to be cultivated in China and Korea, and later arrived in Japan, cultivated according to the method of organic farming.
Usage instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Pasteurized product. Once opened, store between 0 and 3ºC.
