This wine is emblematic and a fundamental pillar of the winery. It can be said that the Albariño of Pazo de Rubianes is a declaration of intentions about the winery's philosophy regarding winemaking. Their main objective is to achieve the maximum expression of an exceptional vineyard with a fundamental base: the great quality of the Albariño variety. It is made with aging on lees with great care and tranquility always dedicating the right and necessary time , this exclusive wine begins in the trellises of the upper area of the Pazo. Harvested and selected by hand in boxes of 15 kilos. The grapes are processed in the winery in less than 3 hours after the harvest and this is a limited edition production. Only 89,000 units have been bottled in 18 countries.
