Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2019 wine is made from 100% Sauvignon blanc grapes at Cloudy Bay Winery, which belongs to the Marlborough DO.
Overnight harvest and gentle pressing of the grapes for 48-72 hours , fermentation in stainless steel tanks with wild and cultivatedyeasts. A small portion of the wine is fermented in French barrels at high temperatures.
