Vegan dish. We hydrate the cous cous, season it with extra virgin olive oil, and separate it manually to keep it loose. We steam the vegetables, sauté the cherry tomatoes, and bake the breaded tofu in a spice mixture that we make ourselves. We arrange the cous cous, vegetables, black olives, sautéed cherry tomatoes, and chicken breast. We garnish with raw cashews and drizzle with a bit of extra virgin olive oil infused with fresh mint. The dishes from the Lifestyle line follow the Realfood philosophy 100%, they are low in salt and fats; they are light, nutritious, and made using only healthy and natural ingredients, without any additives. This dish may contain allergens as, for the time being, all dishes are handmade in the same workshop.
