Fish fumet (water, monkfish (17%), leek, carrot, parsley), spider crab, carrot, onion, leek, crushed tomato (tomato, salt, acidifier: citric acid), fried tomato (tomato, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt, corn starch, onion powder, citric acid, fried onion aroma), cognac, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
