Shake well before opening, reheat without boiling and serve. You can present it to your guests with salty crackers or breadsticks, to prolong the tasting and savor it even better! A can of lobster bisque can also be used to prepare a sauce with poultry, fish, pasta or seafood: it adds an elegant and festive touch to the dishes you cook!

Mix the 2 creams and beat until whipped cream is obtained. Add salt at the end.

Gently add the eggs in pieces to the whipped cream and cool.

Gently heat the lobster soup in a saucepan.

Pour the bisque without dirtying the edges into cups or glasses.

Using a pastry bag, place the whipped cream on top and serve immediately.
Chef's tip To make the whipped cream rise well, refrigerate the bowl for 15 minutes before. Replace the eggs in pieces with salmon eggs. Sprinkle with a pinch of Espelette pepper. Serve with slices of sandwich bread.
