It is a spice widely used in gastronomy as a digestive.
It is attributed virtues and aperitive properties, digestive, carminative, antispasmodic, diuretic, cleansing, slimming, hypoglycemic, estrogenic, anthelmintic and slightly sedative.
How to use:
Decoction (boil for 2-5 minutes) 1 teaspoon per cup of water. Let stand a few minutes, strain and take 3 times a day after meals. Culinary use: season to taste.
