Hops has been used in medicinal work as it has a great anti-inflammatory, diuretic and antibacterial capacity. The relaxing properties offered by this plant has been used to try to control anxiety crises or nervous processes.

How to use:

Infusion (boil for a few moments) 1 tablespoon per cup of water. Let stand a few minutes, strain and drink 2 cups a day. Avoid during pregnancy, lactation and children under 6 years of age. Do not take for prolonged periods.
