Cune Rosado is a red wine from the D.O.Ca. Rioja made with Tempranillo by Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España.
The vineyards for Cune Crianza are located in Rioja Alta, close to CVNE, which means that the grapes arrive intact at the winery to be processed in the best conditions. Approximately half are our own vineyards located in Haro and nearby villages and the rest of the grapes are purchased from local growers.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 20,000 kilos at a controlled temperature of between 25 and 27ºC, in order to preserve the fruit that characterises this wine.
It has a very vibrant strawberry red colour and an intense nose, where sweet notes reminiscent of strawberry stand out, together with an appropriate balance between red fruits and floral nuances.
On the palate, it is savoury and generous, with a pronounced fruit character, accompanied by a pleasant acidity that adds freshness and persistence. It is a very versatile wine that can be enjoyed both with aperitifs and with hors d'oeuvres, pasta, pulses, blue fish and light meats.
