In Jumilla, we find the most authentic, intense and slightly mineral version of the Monastrell variety, whose smoothness in the mouth surprises and captivates, making you want to never stop enjoying it. This wine is a careful blend of Monastrell from three prestigious plots: Casa Quemada Norte, Trampa and Mandiles, each with different orientations and soil types. In one of these plots, the whole cluster is used in the winemaking process. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 13 months in 500-litre French oak barrels.
