Domaine Gramenon Vie On and Est is made in wooden barrels and fermented with indigenous yeast. Depending on the vintage, malolactic fermentation is allowed or prevented and the wine is left on the lees for 6 months without racking during the ageing process.
Domaine Gramenon has become one of the most important wine producers in the Rhône Valley. Located at the northern end of the southern valley, it produces wines of unique character and mature terroir, made naturally, without added sulphur or filtering.
It is ample and fragrant white in colour with a clear aroma of ripe white fruits (peach, pear).
