Domaine Rolet is one of the Jura region's leading estates, thanks to the consistent quality of its wines. Pleasure and finesse for this fine cuvée tradition from Domaine Rolet. The wine's aromas of crunchy red fruit reveal themselves at first on the nose, before evolving towards more jammy notes. The attack on the palate is lively, with well-melted tannins and a finish of black cherry aromas. This is a very lightly filtered wine, which may be slightly cloudy, but this in no way detracts from its quality! The Pinot Noir and Trousseau are matured separately in casks and tuns for 15 months to preserve the character of each grape variety, while the Poulsard is matured in vats. A wine to enjoy throughout a meal, it goes very well with filet mignon, roast lamb with thyme or, more simply, a Comté pie.
