Mouth: Mucho más expresivo y conciso, claro y profundo. Entrada redonda y golosa, frescor mentolado, acidez equilibrante, estimula. Toque seco y un tostado tramado en la fruta, es sobrio y ligero, mineral, terroso, tierno y a la par consistente, se disfruta.
Nose: Se toma su tiempo, en inicio marcan las notas del tostado. Fondo auvado y de fruta roja, leve extracción, fondo terroso, licor de cereza y helechos.
