Valhalla Double Honey. Also known as melomel in Antiquity. Intense old gold color, very bright. As its name indicates, it is made from a large amount of natural honey, which gives it an intense floral aroma resulting from the honey it comes from, giving way to aromas of dried figs and raisins. Its intense honey flavor is sweet yet fresh and not cloying, intense and persistent. In addition to being perfect to accompany desserts at any meal, it can be enjoyed with a good goat cheese, generously spread with any jam. Pairing: Ideal for tapas.
