Duo Des Mers 2017 is a young white wine made BY the Les Producteurs Réunis winery.The grapes are harvested relatively soon with respect to the aromatic potential in order to obtain a fresh style. This is done at night when the temperature is fresh; Pressing is carried out in an inert atmosphere. Both steps are important to prevent pre-service oxidation of the subtle aromas of both varieties. The must ferments at low temperature and is controlled daily.
Duo Des Mers is a bright yellow color. On nose sweet aromas like ripe pineapple and a touch of caramel. In mouth is fresh on palate and a soft finish
