• Organic tahini is very rich in essential fatty acids, especially omega 6 and omega 9. We can consider it a very energy-rich food due to its high fat content. PREPARATION

• Organic tahini is best used spread on any type of bread (pita, wholemeal or kebab) by adding a little water and lemon to make it easier to spread. In some South American places, it is combined with cheese curd. It can also be used as a substitute for butter on toast and it is delicious. In some places, it is used to enhance the flavor of certain foods. For example, it is used for this reason to make Hummus. We can also add it to salads or vegetable creams to enhance the flavor of their ingredients. It can be used to make cookies. Mix a cup of tahini with the cookie dough and you will get crunchier cookies with a slight salty touch.
