The first night of harvest is collected and crushed, from a careful selection of plots, the olives destined for the "Luxury" Edition. The presentation of the exclusive Extra Virgin Olive Oil Emerald Green Luxury Edition, is made in a bottle whose shapes and proportions are identical to an EMERALD, using the emerald cut.

The cap is handmade and handcrafted

The stopper is handmade accompanied by a natural cork with paraffin and latex treatment for complete waterproofing. The emerald is presented in a box type case with a SWAROVSKI crystal set, which is handmade in luxury format, as it could not be less, to house, a precious stone, the EMERALD.

THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

The fruit is harvested with the utmost care, through a selection process. From the moment the fruit begins to ripen, a multitude of tests are carried out in the different areas of the estate until the ideal area and time for harvesting is determined. Harvesting takes place between the 1st and 15th of October, depending on the year and the development of the fruit. Due to the fact that the month of October registers daytime temperatures of around 30ºC, the fruit is harvested during the night to ensure that the temperature for harvesting and subsequent milling is below 20ºC. Once the harvest area has been selected, on the first day of harvest the best fruit from each tree is chosen and harvested by hand which gives us the best Extra Virgin Olive Oil (LUXURY). The olives undergo a selection process, so those that do not meet the defined parameters are rejected.
