Oil with a very light green color, leaning towards lime colors. On the nose, it has the scent of herbs from the mountains, rockroses, and artichoke, with a hint of nuts like almond.
On the palate, it is slightly spicy and bitter, a very fine oil with great harmony. The aftertaste is very almond-like, with a slight touch of almond.
