Making:

The grapes are harvested by hand and during the night. This wine has been elaborated and macerated with the skins in controlled fermentation, to obtain the desired color and structure, then it spends 9 months in French and American oak barrels

Tasting Notes:

Medium cherry red colour. Well-defined aromas with perfect harmony on the one hand to ripe fruit and fine toasted wood. In the mouth it is a serious wine, tasty, complex, with hints of forest fruit jam with a touch of spice.
