- 2000 mg of Arginine AKG: Alpha-ketoglutarate arginine or AAKG is an evolved form of arginine that enhances its assimilation and absorption. Additionally, it is necessary for protein synthesis within the body tissues, promoting tissue repair.
- 1500 mg of Beta Alanine: It is a non-essential amino acid that promotes the synthesis of carnosine within muscle fibers, significantly raising levels of this substance in the muscles. Its main functions are pH regulation, preventing acidity in the body caused by lactate, delaying the onset of fatigue.
- 1500 mg of Taurine: It is an amino acid that plays an important role in the immune system and helps protect cells.
