How to use

As a dietary supplement for healthy adults, mix a dose of 3.6 g (¾ scoop) with 200 ml of water or juice and drink immediately, approximately 30-60 minutes before starting physical activity.In addition to the water you drink with this product, you should consume a minimum of 1.5 liters per day.The effects of creatine are much less if you are not consistent in your intake.
