Fermenting at low temperatures, it stays in contact with its yeasts and lees until bottling.
Enrique Mendoza Chardonnay is a straw-yellow colour with golden and greenish reflections.
On the nose it brings back memories of hay, nuts such as hazelnut and ripe tropical fruits such as plantain and pineapple. Light and fine aromas of bread crust and pastries.
In the mouth it is persistent, fatty, ripe and with good balance.
