Yellowish wine with beautiful green and lemony memories. In the olfactory phase, spring appears, memories of freshly cut hay, green apples, freshly cut hay, nuts like hazelnuts, ripe tropical fruits like banana, pineapple, and light aromas of bread crust and pastry. In the mouth, it has a beautiful volume, with a nice balance and great freshness. A wine that conveys the joy and the spring of the Mediterranean. Variety: 100% Chardonnay from our vineyards located in "Cabezo de la Virgen" in Villena. Production and Aging: The grapes were macerated for 3 hours and then fermented at a very low temperature (15ºC). The wine remained in contact with its yeasts and lees until bottling.
