Harmonious pairings : Ratatouille, grilled meat, beef, sardine, lobster, scampi, Bayonne ham, onion, toasted bread, chocolate, rhubarb, extra virgin olive oil, pistachio virgin oil. Use with abandon our vinegar made from pulps of unusual red fruit combined with sweet, pungent Espelette pepper. Try it to deglaze red meat, drizzle on tartines with Bayonne ham for an escape to the French Basque country and add as a surprising taste twist to chocolate cake batter.
