This extra artisanal quince and walnut jam is made by our friends at Au temps d'Eugénie following a recipe book from the 19th century. Specialized for many years in the traditional manufacture of gastronomic products such as jams, preserves, and nectars, their products are only made with high-quality ingredients!

The jams are prepared in copper cauldrons and stirred with a wooden spoon. This is a "grandmother" method without any preservatives or colorants. At the end of cooking, walnut kernels from our own farm are added.
